Pool Day!

I've been a bit lax about blogging lately, especially since Joe's parents and sister came to visit and we got to enjoy some family time with them. It was a great visit, and we're definitely hoping for a repeat next summer when Marian comes back from Zambia!

Grace got her birthday present from Grandma and Grandpa a little early so she could enjoy it while they were still here. She loves her pool and it's a fun way to beat this lingering heat!

It seems that these are the only photos on our camera from their entire visit. Total failure on our part. I promise to try harder next time! Luckily, Grandma is more diligent and snapped a few during random parts of the trip. We all had fun, especially Grace, who loved trying (and succeeding) to steal Grandpa's cards, rocking with Aunt Marian, and getting Grandma to read her favorite book a couple hundred times each day.
