2. For my mother: I know you don't like it when I say holy crap, but I'm just keeping it honest around here. You wouldn't want me to lie, would you? Thought not.
3. Last weekend, we spent almost the entire weekend outside (camping, obvs) and got almost no sun. Oh, and did I mention it was 90 degrees out and we were outside?? I was hoping to at least work on darkening up my flip flop tan lines or something. And then the other day, I took advantage of Grace's nap time to ignore some housework and do a little peaceful reading outside for about an hour. It was only 60 degrees or so, so I was wearing long sleeves and jeans. And I got sunburned. So much for evening out those tank top tan lines.

7. Happy weekend! I hope everyone has better plans than me (sounds snarky, but I promise it's not. I have big plans of .... nothing).
For much more interesting takes than mine, go see Jen.

#1 - It could be much worse, lol...
ReplyDeleteTan lines shouldn't even exists. We should be able to lay out fully clothed and have a perfectly even tan all over. Sun rays should just be able to soak right through those threads. But, I guess since that isn't the case, sorry for your luck! :) xoxo
ReplyDeletehaha! funny about your tan lines. isn't that always how it goes?
ReplyDeletehehe. whiney brat. i have one of those, but i guess i would call her whiney baby, b/c she hasn't reached toddler/brat stage.
cheers. ;)
